Mango Icecream


Big Mango - 2
Milk - 1 Cup
Vennila Icecream - 1 Cup
Jelly - 2 Table Spoon


1. Boil the milk in heavy bottomed pan. Once the milk starts to boil, reduce the flame and let it reduce to half and then Cool it.

2. Wash the Mangoes, remove the skin and cut into small pieces.

3. Add little water to the cut mangoes and grind it in Mixie.

4. Add Jelly to the Cooled milk and stir it well. Then add this to the Mango Juice.

5. Keep this Mango Juice Milk Mixture in the Fridge for 2 hours.

6. Take Out from the Fridge and add Vennila Icecream and Mix. 7. Chill and Tasty Mango Icecream is Ready and Serve it Chill.
