Carrot Halwa

Ingredients

Carrot - 4
Milk - 2 Table Spoon
Condensed Milk - 2 Table Spoon
Ghee - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom - 4
Sugar - 2 Cup
Roasted Cashew nut - 10


Directions

1. Peel the Skin of the Carrot, Clean it and grate.

2. Grind the grated Carrot adding Milk in Mixie.

3. In a wide Pan pour the ghee, grinded carrot, Sugar, and Condensed Milk and allow it to cook. Stir well while cooking.

4. Allow to cook till it become semi solid and leaves the pan without sticking. Then remove from heating and add powdered Cardamom and roasted Cashew Nut.

5. Tasty Carrot Halwa is Ready to eat and Serve it Hot.
